Arsenal x Yotpo – Arsenal Direct Customer Review Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your conduct and rights associated with the customer review services (the “CR Services”) supplied by Yotpo UK Limited (“Yotpo”) to The Arsenal Football Club Limited (“Arsenal”) in relation to Arsenal’s sale of goods on the Arsenal Direct website (the “Website”). By submitting a customer review via the CR Services, you consent to these Terms of Use. If you do not consent to these terms, you should not submit a customer review. These Terms of Use are in addition to the Arsenal Privacy Policy.

  1. 1. For any content (including, without limitation, names, images, customer questions or answers, written comments and reviews) that you generate and/or submit via the CR Services (“Content”), you grant Arsenal a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and licence to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute and/or sub-license such Content and/or incorporate such Content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you. Arsenal shall therefore be entitled to use the Content for any purpose including but not limited to product listings on the Website and in marketing and promotional emails.
  2. 2. All Content that you submit may be used at the sole discretion of Arsenal, who reserve the right to change, condense, modify, extract from or delete any Content. Arsenal does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Arsenal to edit or delete any content you have submitted.
  3. 3.You acknowledge that you, not Arsenal, are responsible for the contents of your submission.
  4. 4.You agree not to assert any moral rights or rights of publicity against us for using the Content.
  5. 5.To the extent that Content which you submit contains any personal information, Arsenal will use such personal information for the purposes of its customer reviews as outlined in these Terms of Use and in accordance with Arsenal’s Privacy Policy.   6. 6.Arsenal reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. In particular, Arsenal will not post and/or will remove any submission which it considers, in its absolute discretion, is obscene or contains any offensive language or profanity or which is defamatory, derogatory, discriminatory or otherwise offensive.
  7. 7.None of the Content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Arsenal, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third-party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.
