Born in Islington, Charlie George supported Arsenal as a boy and joined his favoured Club in 1966 at the age of 16. He made his first team debut against Everton in the first game of the 1969/70 season. George made 179 appearances for the Club and scored 49 goals including the infamous winner in the 1970/71 FA Cup Final against Liverpool. That win sealed a first 'Double' for Arsenal following their Division One title that season. George left Arsenal in the summer of 1975 to play for Derby County.

Nigel Winterburn played for Arsenal Football Club for 13 years after a spell at First Division Club Wimbledon. Playing a key defensive role for the Club, Winterburn lined up alongside the likes of Tony Adams, Steve Bould, Martin Keown and Lee Dixon. Winterburn made 584 appearances, scored 12 goals in both Premier League and European competitions. During his time at the Club, Winterburn helped win three league titles, two FA Cups, a League Cup and a European Cup Winners Cup. He continues to work for the Club in a broadcasting capacity.

Perry Groves joined Arsenal Football Club in 1986 from Colchester United. During his time at Arsenal, Groves made 203 appearances, scored 28 goals and helped the Club win the League Championship in 1988/89 and 1990/91. Groves also featured in Arsenal's 1987 Littlewoods Cup final triumph, and was a finalist again in 1988. Later playing for Southampton, Dagenham & Redbridge and Canvey Island, Groves is still a familiar face at Emirates Stadium where he is one of Arsenal TV Online's co-commentators.

Faye White joined Arsenal in 1996 from Horley Town, making 227 appearances and scoring 38 goals for the club over 17 years.

Faye is one of the most decorated players in English Women’s Football winning 31 major trophies with Arsenal. During Faye’s Captaincy of the squad, Arsenal went on to win ‘The Quadruple’ in 2006/07 which included Arsenal being the first English team to win the UEFA Women’s Champions League. Her time as Captain also saw the team win 2 Trebles, 4 Doubles and an unbeaten run of 108 games between 2003-2009.

In 2007, Faye was made an MBE for her services to Women’s Football.
