We hope you enjoy your purchase from Arsenal Direct. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 28 days of the delivery date. Please note we cannot give refunds or exchanges on personalised or hero printed shirts even if that player subsequently leaves the club or squad number changes during their career at Arsenal.
Extended returns period for Christmas purchases: please note that, for products purchased in the final week of October or in November/December in any year, we are pleased to able to accept returns until 25 January the following year.

We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible. It may take up to 30 days from the day we confirmed via e-mail you are entitled to a refund. Conditions and exclusions apply.
